Details/ Requirements:
- Job Title: Program Assistant
- Number of Positions: 2
- Job Location: Project Site – Waling, Syangja
- Job Duration: Fixed Term – 5 months, with possibility of extension
- Application Deadline: 10th February, 2024
- Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day activities, including coordination and management of activities related to the Aandhikhola School of Bamboo Technology project.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining project documentation.
- Oversee project activities, safeguard UON properties, and manage the manpower.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines related to bamboo crafts are met.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other relevant materials specifically related to bamboo crafts.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and partners regarding bamboo craft initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of bamboo crafts is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Literate.
