Details/ Requirements:

  • Job Title: Program Assistant
  • Number of Positions: 2
  • Job Location: Project Site – Waling, Syangja
  • Job Duration: Fixed Term – 5 months, with possibility of extension
  • Application Deadline: 10th February, 2024
  • Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day activities, including coordination and management of activities related to the Aandhikhola School of Bamboo Technology project.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Oversee project activities, safeguard UON properties, and manage the manpower.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines related to bamboo crafts are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other relevant materials specifically related to bamboo crafts.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and partners regarding bamboo craft initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of bamboo crafts is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Literate.
